Terms & Conditions
1. Registration and Payment:
- Participants must register for the training event in advance and payment for the course must be made prior to the commencement of the course.
- Delegates can get a full refund for the course up until 14 days of the start of the training.
2. Attendance and Participation:
- Participants are expected to attend the entire training event unless prior arrangements are made.
- Late arrivals or early departures may affect eligibility for certificates or completion recognition.
3. Content and Materials:
- The training event’s content, topics, and schedule will be provided to participants.
- Any training materials, handouts, or resources provided are for personal use and not for distribution without permission.
4. Intellectual Property:
- All training materials, presentations, and intellectual property rights belong to the organizers or trainers.
- Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without permission.
5. Conduct and Respect:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Changes and Cancellations:
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the training event’s schedule, content, or venue if necessary.
- In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified, and appropriate refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
- Full Refund Eligibility: Delegates are entitled to a full refund if they cancel at least 14 days before the event.
- No Refund after 14 Days: After this 14-day period, full payment is required, even if the delegate does not attend the event.
- The organizers shall not be liable for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or other bookings made in connection with the training event, should the event be cancelled.
- Attendees are strongly encouraged to make flexible travel and accommodation arrangements to account for the possibility of the event not proceeding as planned.
7. Liability and Insurance:
- The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the training event.
- Participants are advised to have their own insurance coverage for any unforeseen circumstances.
8. Force Majeure:
- The organizers may not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics,war).
9. Photography and Recording:
- The organizers may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the training event for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be included should notify the organizers in advance.
10. Privacy Policy:
- Participants’ personal information collected during registration will be handled according to the event’s privacy policy.
11. Compliance with Laws:
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules during the training event.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- Any disputes arising from the training event shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, the relevant jurisdiction, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
