Maintenance Visit Request
Scope of Work
Our maintenance visit request covers the following:
- Check for general wear and tear, and make sure appropriate to use. Make sure no parts are defective, ill-fitting, or inappropriate. Replacement guards fitted as needed. (Additional costs parts.) Replacement of filters as needed. (Filters Additional cost)
- Check all the moving parts and lubricate if needed.
- Inspect all motors, belts, pulleys, chains, and drive components to ensure proper operation.
- Check all electrical connections and tighten/repair as needed.
- Test all safety features and mechanisms for proper operation.
- Full clean of the machine including associated LEV testing and emptying of dust trays.
- Replace any broken or worn-out components. (Additional cost for replacement components and labour if required)
- Check all mechanical switches and replace if needed. (Additional Cost for replacement Parts)
- Perform a full system test to ensure machines are in proper working order.
- Provide a digital report of any maintenance or repair services performed. Keep a register of all machinery within the scope.
DT Health & Safety accredited training is also available to ensure safe operation of DT machinery.

Terms & Conditions
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor will perform the services with reasonable skill, care, and expertise.
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor will adhere to industry standards and best practices during the servicing process.
Limitation of Liability:
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during or after the servicing, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages:
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the servicing work.
Indemnification:
On issuing of a Purchase order to have Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor to carry out servicing on machines the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the servicing company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use or malfunction of the machinery after servicing.
Pre-Existing Conditions:
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor will not be liable for any issues, defects, or damages in the machinery that existed prior to the servicing work.
Inspection and Reporting:
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor require the company receiving the servicing to report any issues or concerns within 7 days of receiving the service.
Maintenance and Proper Use:
The company receiving the servicing is responsible for maintaining the machinery in good working condition after the servicing.
Any misuse, neglect, or improper operation of the machinery may void any warranties or guarantees provided by the servicing company.
Force Majeure:
Learning Space Solutions Ltd and the authorised sub-contractor will be excused from liability or delays in performance caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Insurance:
The company receiving the servicing is to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the machinery and related operations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from the servicing will be governed by the law and jurisdiction of England and Wales.
